We moved to Betty's Bay and telkom was to transfer line 1 April 2013. after phoning them again to find where our line was 4 April 2013 we were told no service as telephone lines had been. I paid my March account
and then got April account and now June account even after cancellation and being told by accounts that they don't do cancellations while phoning from a cell phone and i must phone again and press all the number and hpld 30 minutes. Not once did they phone us to inform us to make other plans as they cannot help but just claim we owe R 300, 00 rental for two months now of "no service" National communications company and yet when they refuse service make it impossible to get hold of them to tell them they need to close the account.
