I THINK VIRGIN MOBILE ARE UNFAIR

Had contracts with them, they closed their shops all over the country, PE and Cape Town. Handsets were faulty, you must drive to East London from PE to hand in a faulty handset, this handset are used in a business.

Eventually cancelled the contract, THEY AGREED BUT WANTED ME TO PAY FOR HANDSETS, I said they could collect their handsets as they are not working anyway.

They have succeeded in getting an adverse report against us, how unfair is this.

We are in possession of all correspondence proving all said.

What can we do against such irregularities
