Refurbished handset

I have been with MTN for more than 12 year now but this is where i draw the line. This idea of refurbishing handsets has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will be taking the 6th handset to them (9900 bold). Also, in their marketing for blackberry they state that they will give you a new handset if you have a problem. I didn't know that their new meant a recycled handset (refurbished). What happens is that they refurbish hand sets, meaning if i have a problem with mine, they will gave me a refurbished handset (someone had a problem with that handset and they fixed it, not new now is it?) and mine will be fixed and someone else who has a problem with theirs will take my handset (aka refurbished).
This is like recycling of handsets with us the customers inheriting each others problem.
I will not be renewing my contract with them and i will make sure that none of my friends and family get to go through all of this.
This is disheartening as i have been a loyal customer for years and this is what it comes down to.
