NO CUSTOMER CARE AFTER THEY SOLD YOU A CINTRACT

Had a problem with a handset where they wanted me to send a brand new handset away for who nows how long to be repaired (new out of the box hand set) to be repaired. After countless visits to the selling shop we called customer care. EISH, was that a nightmare. NO SERVICE - after 8 months the handset was still doing everything it done before and with hands in the air I decided to stop this bad experience by buying a new handset from a MTN dealer. Guess what - hand set problem and all from the beginning now. Handset is only 3 days old but I have to send it to their repairing centre to be checked out. _ NO hand set even been offered to me for the time we will loose the use of the handset/ sim card we pay every month to enrich them We only get - THIS IS OUR PROCESS AND WE HAVE TO FOLLOW IT> yes but what about the time I can not use my simcard. what about the time I can not use your new handset / I know it is not MTN 's handsets but it is theuir suppliers - maybe they only buy 2nd hand handsets or stock that is rejected to africa... Will it help if I change to VODACOM or CELL C? even 8.ta - I will move all my contracts if necessary
