Undisputably the worst service eve

I was told someone would call 5 days ago. Today is the 25/06/13 and nobody has called to sort out the queries. I even called the call center and the managers have still not called me as yet and that complaint was almost two weeks ago. Julie Anne Ferns and Matthew Robertson were the names given to who were going to call. I have yet another query as you have told me that i can use 1000 MTN to MTN minutes for this month but you have billed me for them according to my itemised billing and my services are soft locked... undisputably the worst service i have seen.
