I am sorry I ever took a contract through Nashua

I have received one proper bill since I have had my contracts with Nashua!! For the last 3 months I have been soft locked more times than I can count! When I took my contract I was assured all will go well and that my account will be debited on the 1st of every month, well first month came and the debit was taken by Nashua to early so it was returned but without me having any knowledge of it!! Last month I received my account saying I owe just over R1900.00 but a week or two later a friend at Nashua checked on my account and said I then owe over R2800, when I called the call centre they put me through to Thabile my so called credit controller who then said I owe R2600!! How does one pay the account if you don't know the amounts??? I have now been soft locked since Friday last week and again don't know my balance to pay the call centre say its R2300 and a consultant at the store I purchased from says its R945!! I am fed up with them I will never use them again and they can be assured that I will port over all 4 of my lines when my contracts are due for cancellation!!!
