I have booked in my Blackberry 9900 four or more times and each time they replace the unit and it still gives me problems after a while, (either switched it self of 12 times in an hour or freezed all the time or delayed response and so on and NOW tells me my memory is full I need to restart every 3 hours- and there is more than 5GB available) it is just annoying to book in my phone just as I got my phone back to normal (all my contact NRs, emails etc..) when are you going to decide there is a problem with the model and change the model or do something about it. I understand its not Vodacoms fault that the devices gives me problems but change it or something. Vodacare just keeps on telling me to book it in and the problems keeps on coming and its not really resolving it? I know for a fact I am not the only one that has problems with this specific model?
