I took out a new contract with Cell C, Mall@Reds branch in March 2013 and started experiencing signal loss and no internet service from about the middle of June 2013. I went to the store and completed a complaint form and a day later received the standard SMS informing me that they have received my query and that is has been further escalated for investigation. This was on the 5th of July. The reference number: SD117980. Three weeks after I heard NOTHING from them, and none of the issues fixed, I went back to the branch and asked what is going on. They said that they have not received ANY feedback on my issue! So NOTHING has been done, not even a call or SMS to inform me that they are still busy, to re-assure me that they are busy with the issue. I haven't heard anything to date from them. I am going to pay off the account early move back to my previous service provider!!
