Bad signal, even worse customer service

This is my 3rd post on HelloPeter about Cell C. my 1st issue logged on 15 August has not been resolved yet. i have sent Lungile numerous mails asking for feedback or assistance. She doesnt respond anymore. The few times that she did, it was some lame feedback about someone will call me back. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. i still have NO SIGNAL. Almost 3 months later, the technician is still investigating my bad signal and i'm waiting for my booster. Cell C has got to be the worst telec in SA. I have never experienced worse service in my life! To whoever reads this- Do not give me some airy fairy repsonse about how you are sorry and someone will contact me. I dont care! This is my reference number- SD147519. Call me with feedback, OR call me to confirm that i will be cancelling my subsrciption due to non-delivery of service from your moronic staff. if you cannot get ahold of me, its because your signal - call me on my MTN number!
Lungile, how you are a customer service consultant is beyond me- you have failed on every level!!
The only reason why Cell C offers free data and calls is because customers will never have sufficient signal to use those freebies!!
