VERY UNHAPPY WITH MTN

I had a phone contract with MTN and I called them on the 14 April 2013 advising that I want to cancel the contract. I was advised that I need to send them an email. On the 22 April I received an email that my cancellation was processed and the contract will be cancelled effective 15 May 2013. On the 1 June my account was billed again. I sent numeruos emails to them asking what is happening and until today I haven't received feedback from them.

I am not happy with you. It seems as if I am not the only one who is not happy because everyone says the same thing and people changing to other networks. Its time I did the same.
