WAITING 5 WEEKS FOR MY CONTRACT PHONE

I APPLIED FOR A CONTRACT PHONE ON THE 26 OF MAY 2013, THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTRACT IS GOSI, MY PHONE WAS SEND TO ME AND RETURNED AFTER APPARENTLY THEY COULDN'T GET A HOLD OF ME I PHONED THE CALL CENTER AND CONFIRMED MY NUMBER WITH THEM ABOUT 4 WEEKS AGO, THEY SAID GOSI WILL CONTACT ME AND... HE DIDN'T I PHONED THE CALL CENTER 4 TIMES AFTER THAT AND EVERY TIME THEY TELL ME THEY WILL EMAIL GOSI TO CONTACT ME AND... HE STILL HASN'T. NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A NUMBER FOR THIS PERSON OR A EMAIL ADDRESS, I STOPPED MY VODACOM SERVICES AND CAME TO MTN AND I CAN PROMISE YOU IT WAS THE WORST MISTAKE EVER.
