I am appalled at the disgusting service from Vodacom and the level of incompetence of their staff and management. In May month I got quote from them to pay up 2 of my 3 accounts with them, which I then did. I check my statements they have not debited my bank account for the 3rd Vodacom account. So I called to query and found they were using the money I paid for the other 2 to pay the 3rd, mmm? I called in several times and every time nobody knows what I'm talking about, no notes were made by the previous person who dealt with my account. Not only do I have to deal with incompetence but condescending -holes who should not deal with customers. All I want is to pay up 2 of my accounts and continue paying the 3rd, seems this is a tactic they use to score on customers not settling their accounts.
Pathetic I will be moving to M-TEN after this, I'm sick of dealing with
