Complete Incompetence!

My boyfriends VW Golf 6 has had a knocking noise coming from the clutch for well over 6 months now and when we first took it to the VW dealership in Fourways for service they said "That's how VW made the car" Just to find out today when he takes his car in for a service that the "Made that way" knocking noise has resulted in damage to his clutch that needs immediate repairing! Perfect timing cause tomorrow is a public holiday and we'll only be able to get the car back Thursday morning and we're moving into our home WEDNESDAY!!! This is utter incompetence on an unbelievable scale! How do you run a service department when you don't even know how to check if there is something wrong with the car?!?!?! For the amount of money we are paying for this car and it's service plan you people need be ashamed of your careless attitude to your customers! You do not value your brand but expect your customers to pay mad amounts of money for your "Great" service! The date of the incident I have input is today's date when we discovered the level of your incompetence and the damage and inconvenience it has caused. We will be contacting VW SA with this issue!
