SO I TOP-UP AND LOAD BIS FOR MY BLACKBERRY AND I GET A MESSAGE TELLING ME THAT I HAVE INSUFFICIENT AIRTIME AND I JUST LOADED R80 AND TRY LOADING BIS AGAIN, STILL NO RESULTS, CALL CENTRE AGENT TELLS ME TO SWITCH MY FONE OFF N ON AGAIN WHICH I DID, GOT AN SMS CONFIRMING THAT IM SUBSCRIBED TO BIS BUT STILL I CANT ACCESS MY BBM OR FACEBOOK WOW, CALL MTN AGAIN AND HEAR TWO MORE DIFFERENT STORIES (GETTING ANGRY) NOW I TRY TO CALL AGAIN AND GUESS WHAT??? THE LINES ARE BUSY AND I SHOULD CALL AGAIN LATER LOL... SIES DISGUSTING... FROM 6:30AM TILL 14:30PM IVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MIRACLE???

CONCLUSION:
I AM GOING TO PORT TO ANOTHER NETWORK AFTER MORE THN 10YRS OF BEING WITH MTN N SERVICE... I NEED MY AIRTIME BACK SO THAT I CAN MOVE ON!!! THIS IS NOT ON AT ALL AND YOU GUYS BETTER REFUND ME BEFORE I PORT, THN AGAIN YOU NEED TO MONEY BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE SWITCHING TO OTHER NETWORKS ANYWAY
