Keep on being billed for line not used/owned

During April 2012 my parents moved from the Limpopo to the Eastern Cape. My father's employer provided him housing as well as the use of a Telkom line in the property. Since the move my father has tried on numerous occasions to have the account, which is for some reason in his name, removed from his name but without success. The employer is still using the line for another employee. This has now been dragging on since April/May 2012. How do we resolve this matter?
