Ridiculous service

Im trying to get my existing phone line moved/migrated to a new adress as i am moving. Explained my issue to two people which find it hard to understand english nevermind afrikaans my home language. The phone line drops and they cant even phone me back to continue assisting me in my issue. I have dealt with telkom maybe 5 times in my life and all 5 times was frustrating, below par, incompetent. And the best of all is that Telkom cant really afford this if you look at their share price. Someone please phone me back that can speak afrikaans and someone that is competent in doing exactly what Telkom's core business is all about ie. SORTING PHONE LINES OUT!!!
