POOR SIGNAL!!!

I recently got a new contract with MTN, of which I have been a very loyal customer as I now have a total of 6 contracts with them. I live in the Witbank area and the signal here is absolutely disappointing. I can never get the 3G signal at home, bothfor my phone and my dongle. Someone please help. I called the coverage call centre and was made to hold endlessly!
