Telkom really not assisting

Hi
I am moving at the end of the month of Jan, and I need to get internet at my new residence.
So I have tried phoning Telkom 3 times during today (23-01-2014) And I was successful on 2 occasions after 20min waiting periods. The 3rd time i held on for 45 mins before I decided my arm cant hold the phone up any-more.
When i got thru to the consultant the 1st time, she assisted me up to the point where they ask me for my new adress. After i supplied her with the details she notified me that it does not pick it up on the system, hence me response to go make sure of the address.
After i confirmed the address with the owner I phoned again and waited an age, then once we got to the part that i had to give my address, she drops the phone in my ear. Now there is a BIG difference when someone drops the phone or the line cuts out. Bravo Telkom so far i have wasted 1hr of my day.
Then I decided to phone again and this is where i ended up coming.
So can Telkom now get someone to Phone me in regard to my above mentioned problem, this is getting out of hand and the way i have been treated is pathetic.
