Incompetent again

A few weeks ago my phone and adsl line just went dead. I contacted telkom and they came to check the line. According to the telkom employee the cables was and telkom would MAYBE fix it. It's a couple of weeks later and no results and i am sitting without access to my home line and no internet due to this. You want me to pay for a service then supply it! The way this issue is being dealt with is beyond disgusting. I have lost all respect for this company. And let me reiterate my last issue.. my name on my account is beyond INCORRECT!!
