I have been struggling with data connection for the past 3-4 months with my 8ta sim card which I now regret porting to *ta.
I have phoned in on numerous occasions and after three cases later that were closed without my knowledge got no assistance. They just closed the cases without giving me feedback and phone call to let me know what's going on.
My internet only work for a while and then I cannot connect again leaving me to keep rebooting and doing manual selection... he uses a lot of data and just wants to be able to connect.
The case numbers that were closed are 6247439, 5287020 and 4151824 and the new one is 6248145.
In trying to followup on the new case, within a space of 2 hours I called 4 times and Sibusiso put me on hold for a total of 45 minutes.
I also spoke to his supervisor eventually who was also not so helpful.
