Over charging me for almost a year, and still going

Hi Please Help

I have signed a laptop contract with MTN almost a year ago shortly after that I went back to up my package, and since then the are over charging me R90 each month, I have bin to the store numerous times, I spent hours standing there waiting for a response from head office, Gaylene Barkhuizen is the lady that always assists me with all my problems, but with this, she doesn't know what to do anymore, she did not tell me that in some many word, but I could see that she has done all she can.

The managers were called the last 2 times and every time the story is the same, I will follow up with them, but he never gets back to me. All the staff members know me by now. He doesn't even have the decency to put his phone down, he just keeps on going with what he was busy with.

Please I beg of you, this is not the first complaint I logged on your site about them, and I don't want them to send me another mail to say that they will call me back because I'm still waiting for the last complaints call.
