I opened a new line contract with cell c on the 24 July 2013 and it was approved and should receive the phone in the next 1 to 7 working days. On the 27 July 2013 i made a follow up call on my contract and still was told it was approved and should receive the cell phone next Monday (1 July 2013). on the 1 July when i made a call to make a follow up i was told my contract has been declined. How can a contract that has been telephonic ally approved twice and get declined.
