On 2 may 2013 . I d myburgh upgraded my contract to a cellphone package deal that was offered by the branch mtn - tygervalley.
On 4 may 2013 the samsung tv 32" led hdmi tv was delivered and i opened package to inspect.
I found tv to have 3 chip marks on screen and scratch marks on body of screen.
I promptly contacted mtn and recieved no assistance.
On 5 may 2013 i went to store -tygervalley mtn and told one of the consultants my dilemma- his response was..."thats really odd", as to imply it was my fault.
On 7 may 2013 tv was collected at my residence and i was told it would take 7 days and id have an answer.

It is now more than a month going on 2 months and ive spent hours attempting to get assistance.
Ive gone into store on numerous occasions.
Ive contacted mtn in jhb and they could not assist me as they say there is no inspector to come evaluate tv.
I was then demanded by mtn to pay for the upgrade which they then blocked my account hence forcing me to pay.
I have sent mtn emails and complaints and pleaded for a tv.
Ive been handed off to this manager and that manager and each time told there is nothing they can do except to email and call and wait and see.
