Sick of Autopage, never willing to accept fault

Myself and my company have been loyal Autopage customers for about 15 years now. I got the normal sms towards the end of my contract asking to come into store and upgrade, which I did. I decided to move from blackberry to a Samsung S4. I had my wife with me through the entire transaction who could bare witness.

During the transaction, it was explained to me that I would stay on my normal 1200 package and would receive 1.2 gigs data each month as well, I was taken through how the phone works and told that Samsung cover the screen getting broken if this may happen. 1st mishap was that I was never told to go and register the warranty with Samsung within 30 days to receive this cover. I was not read or taken through the contract, instead I was told its just the standard contract and could I please sign here, here, here etc

What they failed to explain to me that was the new data would only kick in in October 2013 when the old contract had run its course. They used my call allocation during the month to cover data and I received a bill of almost double my usual. the staff do nothing but argue and wont take the blame at store level. poor poor service for a long standing custome
