Trying to cancel contracts

Have been waiting since May 29 for Larry to phone regarding a refund on cancelled contract. Lerato confirmed contract cancelled but still getting statements. Never before dealt with a company with such badly trained consultants, one question, five different answers, and manager Raymond at Westgate just totally clueless about everything!!! Trying since Feb to get contracts cancelled becauce not what I was told.
