Still awaiting monies owed to me since Feb 2013

This will be the 3rd time we (myself and my fiance) have complained regarding Nashua Mobile and the payment I have been waiting for since February.
On Mon 29 Apr 13, we received a response on here from Bianca S at Nashua Mobile to say that our matter has been addressed with senior management who shall be viewing it in very serious light. It can't be very serious if on the 17th of May I still have heard nothing and am still waiting for my refund. You appear to very quick to remove the money from an individual's account but not so quick to refund where refund is due (as I have been told numerous times I do have a refund owing to me due to staff error).
It is now 3 months later... no word from anyone at Nashua not even the senior management who are "viewing my matter in a very serious light". I find this absolutely ludicrous and I am quite disgusted in the service. Kindly sort this matter out (as a matter of urgency).
