STILL NOT SORTED! I am highly disappointed with the Galaxy S4 and Vodacom! Paying thousands of rands for a device that's supposed to be the best available, then sitting with issues like this is not tolerable! I have been a Vodacom contract client for more than 13 years but I don't see this going on any longer than absolutely necessary! I will keep on escalating this issue until it is sorted.

1. I DO NOT WANT THE PHONE REPAIRED, I WANT IT REPLACED WITH A NEW, SEALED UNIT!!! IT IS NOT MY FAULT OR PROBLEM IF VODACOM SHOP AGENTS ARE UNSKILLED!

2. AFTER DOING SOME RESEARCH, IT BECAME VERY APPARENT THAT THE PROBLEM I EXPERIENCED WITH THE SAMSUNG GALAXY S4 IS A COMMOM PROBLEM AND THAT IS NOT YET A SOLUTION OR QUICK FIX FOR THIS.

3. WHY DOES SAMSUNG THEN NOT RETRACT THESE DEVICES UNTIL SUCH A TIME INSTEAD OF PROMOTING THE PHONE???

4. AS PER MY CONTRACT AGREEMENT, I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY FOR THAT DEVICE WHICH IS UNACCEPTABLE! WHY MUST I BE LIABLE FOR PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DO NOT HAVE???
