My samsung galaxy could not connect to mobile data, phone was booked in for repairs, i called the repair and spoke to Denver, explained what the problem was with the phone as he had the phone in is possession. According to him the issue was sorted out and the phone now works 100% w.r.t mobile data and being able to use the internet on my device. I got my phone back today and well, the issue has not been sorted, they now want me to bring the phone back so they can book it in again. According to the CPA S55 and S56 if the unit has been repaired and is still faulty i am entitled to a refund or replacement however as this is a contract, the logical option is a replacement but the store does not want to do this, why am i paying for a contract with data if i cannot use either? No doubt they will want the full month subs and i lose out on my two gb's of data. I will not even address the that were communicated to me by the store manager Mandisa... absolutely disgusting business. Should've heeded the warning signs before renewing the contract, they couldnt even supply the correct account number to effect payment for a contract that was cancelled due to their incompetence.
