2 month later One TV Short

I took out two contracts with 32" TV's one was delivered. The other has not yet arrived two months later.
MTN is billing me. but unable to deliver the set. At one point they claimed that it was delivered but failed to provide proof of delivery.

Now today while still waiting for me delivery, they suspended my service. Payment has been made, but their call centre and head office is apparently off line since 7am
