Payment not showing and still waiting for delivery

Dont know what to do anymore. Firstly my box was dispatched to PE, and I am in Nelspruit. Secondly my second order is on hold, because a payment was made, with the wrong reference number, but the proof of payment was sent through last week Wednesday. This payment, is for the box I am still waiting for. I cant delivery anything, because I have twelve orders, and 1 item out of every order is in the second box, which I was told would have been delivered by last week Thursday. If I phone in, the people just say the box is on its way, and the e-mail with the proof of payment said I would get a response in 48 hours. I am still waiting, and paying for Avon's mistakes.
