Vodacom
False advertising

I received a call from a call centre consultant offering me a smart s contract with no additional costs. Well that never happened. I called the call centre several times with promises of getting back to me... needless to say that never happened either. Ive been into the Vodacom stores and even they couldn't help. I also got told in the store that they have had several complaints to this effect where the consultants dont get back to you. It is disgusting to say the least that even the staff dont have any confidence in their company!!!
