I called your call centre 6 times today. Not once had anyone in the call centre even had the decency to answer a call. That is shocking service, for a customer to call you for service and not even the courtesy to answer the phone.

On one of the six calls, I stayed on the line for 8 minutes just to loose my patience.

I wanted to give Mtn more business by purchasing an additional data bundle. Not only does Mtn bill you ridiculous costs, you try to purchase a data bundle to reduce costs but can even get through to the call centre to purchase one. That's disgusting. Looks like you have made so much money on your loyal clients that you dont even want to answer their calls to provide them with service.

My costs on my phone are already out of this world! I'll be considering Vodacom soon. Maybe your automated service will tell me when my contract is valid till.
