No Service from MTN Insurance and impossible to ge

I have already submitted a complaint to which I got a message saying someone will contact me and when they did two weeks after, the person put the phone down when I requested his name and who the manager was. I sill have had no luck except that rude, poorly spoken person who contacted me and dropped the phone without anyone else getting back to me. I am beginning to think MTN insurance add on is a that two months later I am still not able to get a response.
