I recently had to do a trade in of my old phone to get an upgrade. After a small duration, I realised that the deal was not really worth it, I would rather take up a new contract. My fear was that this request would be rejected and I would be left in limbo with a less than fair deal. I contacted Mandisa from Smartcom who was happy to do the contract cancellation and moved the extra mile to ensure that i was happy with the new package I received.
