Bought product with wrong info and then corrected

I bought i i pad in aug 2012 by the time of buying they told me that i cant make calls or use making calls from that sim card so that was initial wrong information they provided later on i found from vodacom i can make calls but its additional thats fair enough, then i went to smartcom after four or five later and asked them why did you guys provided me wrong information etc infact i fought with them so they changed contract with new number i requested but i only noticed recently that they started as new contract again so that i mean i what ever i paid 4 or 5 months money is gone now i have to pay from revised contract to 24 months, i am not willing to pay extra money for nothing though this information also they didnt informed me earlier i have only noticed and mailed to one of the manager but no response... this is the ridiculous service i have received from vodacom partner now i am decided not to pay and if you dont respond i will not pay any thing on top of that i will have to go to consumer court for providing false information to the customer... very very bad of affecting this to me, why would i have lose my money that i paid already, i want this to be settled in correct
