I had to get a phone replaced by my insurance on 24 December 2013. Desiree was the person processing my claim and i drove all the way from Pretoria to collect my cellphone. she patiently waited though i was late. she still assisted me with grace and humility when i got to their offices. the finance lady was also very helpful (i forgot her name). thanks Smartcom for the two Jewels, they deserve a promotion.
