Trainee consultant makes expensive mista

MyGig 3 (3072 MB) 3GB 3GB @ R199 per month with top up option

The consultant seemed confused and constantly referred to her " husband" and colleuge for assistance. I should have realised then that something would go wrong.

I am being billed R4, 500. I have arranged with my bank to have the debit order cancelled and returned as this was not my agreement with Vodacom, Hatfield, Hillcrest Boulevard, Pretoria

The consultant is not able to fix the problem and she is scared to refer the complaint. This is not my problem

I am no longer interested in this deal and want this contract cancelled and will return the router. Nobody has time to fight for service and therefore I do not want to go into discusssions.

Vodacom, pLease ensure that your staff is trained to sell your products and also to act in a professional manner towards your clients.

Please confirm in writing that this contract is terminated
