Cell C
99c per minute but I pay R2.00 per min

I have been Cell C customer for 4 years. My current contract has 9 months left before I can upgrade but the control chat call charges are R2.00 per min. I enquired to migrate to other package as I'm currently spending R1300 per month on this contract. 5 days after my enquiry I receive a call from Danel Abrahams, who first tells me I'm currently paying 99c per min. I had to show him on my statement that I'm paying R2.00.
Yes I can migrate but then I will be charged the balance of the handset divided by 9 thus extra cost of R177 per month!
I can't speak to supervisor as he will tell me the same story

Stop waisting your time on advertising if your company policy is so pathetic.
Couple of years Cell C offered you upgrade every year, now I'm not asking for new handset, just better charges and this is the response!!!
One more customer for Vodacom.
