Phone put down when questioned

At 22h30 I called 10210 and after about 25 minutes of holding on the call was answered by a Sello, asked what's the usual problem Telkom being offline I was advised others are also calling in with the same problem, I then asked whether we are once again paying for a service which is not available as no further explanation was given other than a deadline. I then got a response " that is not what he said" and I advised him I asked a simple question am I paying for a service which was non existing and again no response and the phone was put down whilst I was waiting for a simple explanational answer, how pathetic, strongly re-considering
