GETTING RIPPED OFF WITH SUCH SLOW SERVICE

I don't know what to do any more.
I have phoned and logged complaints and the ADSL staff are useless.
When I complain that my speed is so slow that I have to change to Vodacom 3G as it is practically unusable, they just make excuses and say there are too many people using the service so that slows it down.

I am trying to run a business and pay a lot of money for BUSINESS ADSL at the fastest speed possible.

This is shocking and nobody at the whole of TELKOM can help me or tell me what is going on.

No response to complaints via SMS or via the INTERNET either.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE AT TELKOM as they are heading for a disaster.

Apparently some people can get a speed of 10MB and I am paying for the highest speed, getting told I am on a 5MB line due to the area that I am in, yet my speed is less than 1MB.
