Deduction Of Air Time

On The 10th Of January 2013, I became aware of air time being deducted from my hand piece. I immediately called my service provider to ask if they could pick up anything from my account being deducted to the amount of R5.They did pick up a certain company by the name of "Intergrade", and MTN also told me and it was visible on my billing records that this "intergrade", has been deducting R5 from my account since the 8th of November 2012, daily!!!
I however asked the MTN operator/consultant to cancel this service, which they did and also supplied me with a reference number: REF-2457927
(Therefore from 81112 to 81212 is 31 days which amounts to R155.00)
(Therefore from 091212 to 10113 is 31 days which amounts to R155.00)
All this adds up to R310.00 being deducted from my account.
I would therefore like Intergrade to provide me with evidence where I agreed to their terms and Conditions and show me where I made use of their services and for what duration.
And to please refund me with the above mentioned amount.
