We signed to become members on the 10th July 2013, and constantly made sure about the amounts to be deducted via debit order. The agreement - in writing - was that monies be deducted on the 25th. When the 25th arrived, the agreed money was deducted. Three days later, the same amount was deducted again. When I called and emailed, i was told that they only have records of one deduction, and that I need to provide them with a bank statement as proof. This is the first deduction, and i am already wishing i never signed up for this. I have already requested that the money be paid back to me. if this does not happen, i am requesting that all monies be paid back and the contract be cancelled.
I would then take great pleasure in doing my utmost to convince people to never even consider talking to anyone affiliated with Club Leisure, and will do this in all media formats possible.
