On 2012-11-26 INSURANCE Premium was deducted successfully. Then 2012-12-18 January"s payment was deducted. This was a WEEK before the agreed debit order date of the 25th of each month? but successful. Lucky enough there was money at the time and the order was NOT returned. Apparently for no good reason, as I would find out only three days ago, they did not attempted to deduct my premium on 25/01/2013. There was money available at the time. I was never notified about anything and was under the impression the deduction has done. When receiving my bank Statement last week I looked for the deduction but couldn't't find it. I was worried and phoned. The operator told me I had now been placed on "alternative" deduction date (as per terms and conditions) because my debit order did not go through during October or November? I was never notified or informed about this and even the operator apologised. they now wanted to deduct the 15th. I did not budget for that deduction (15th) I stopped it at bank. But then they deducted on the 16th anyway. Why was it not deducted January? How will I be compensated?
