Good Morning,

I requested that the Decoder Insurance for my Walka 7 be cancelled immedietly on 12/09/2013.
I did not require this insurance and I was not notified before the amount of R25.00 was added to my account.
I was unaware that the insurance was active in the first place

I paid R98.00 yesterday (12/09/2013) afternoon and R25.00 was deducted from that amount, however this morning I see that the amount of R25.00 was deducted twice from my account, why is this amount being deducted in a period of 1 day?

This is just unacceptable as I requested that this service be cancelled, however I am being billed repeatedly.
I have sent an email to DCC@multichoice to cancel the service but I have not received any feedback, just a reply that they will attend to the matter and submit feedback shortly.

Am i going to be charged for this service until they decide to rectify this issue? The amounts being deducted are not of my consent and I need advice as to how to stop this unwanted service immediately, and be refunded with the amounts deducted from my account!
