No Internet connectivity

After almost 2 weeks and many calls to Cybersmart and Telkom I have had no positive outcome to having no Internet connectivity. I have no idea how long this will continue and i am certain i will have to pay for a service i didnt get at the end of the Month.
How does one get assistance here?
