Don't bother buying 2GB x 12mnths prepaid data

On 8 June '13 I bought 2GB per month x 12 months pre-paid data for R1, 299. I bought this at the Sandton City Cell C store. I told the sales agent I already had a Cell C flashstick & Cell C SIM (purchased on the same deal in May '12.) So, all I was buying was pre-paid data. On 9 June I loaded this pre-paid data onto my Mac. Since then, I have not been able to connect to the internet any time after 18h30! I can only connect at 06h30AM. I am running exactly the same software/flashtick on the same Mac in the same location as from May'12 - May'13!

I logged a customer complaint: 3062101647 Nobody got back to me. I phoned today (21 June'13) and was told to allow for 7 working days. I was then told by another call agent that I needed to do a "software grade" and this was obtainable from "any Cell C store". I then phoned Sandton City Cell C only to be told: "We don't do software up-grades. We'll have to send it away. It will take 21 days, or you'll have to go to Cell C Morningside, or go back to the store where you bought your original flashstick."

NOTE: This is a NATIONAL BRAND selling a NATIONAL PRODUCT.

I am disgusted. I STILL cannot connect at night. Cell C has R1, 299 of mine!
