Cell C
Cell C - No internet service after 5pm

I bought the 2GB per month data deal from Cell C for R1299. Have had it for almost 2 years with no problems. The past 2 months though, I battle for 2 - 3 hours at night to connect to the internet. As we all know how calls to these call centres go, I was told that Cell C were experiencing problems with their towers and they were attending to it as we speak. No improvement.

I sent an electronic notification about the problem and got a senseless excel form to fill in and email back, which I diligently did. Still no response and the service (if you can call it that) is still getting poorer by the day.

So I'll bite the bullet and lose the last two months of data that I paid for and migrate to a better service provider (with the operative word being SERVICE).

I've read enough other similar complaints on Hello Peter just today to know that you Cell C have over sold your product, you cannot handle the number of clients you have taken on and that you are not going to improve.
