On the 16 of May I did a contract renewal with Vodacom and it was delivered on 20 May 2013 unfortunately a wrong fone was delivered. I immediately notified them so they can do re-delivery on the correct fone. A week past with no collection, I called them again and and they told me a pick up number as been allocated and I must be patient and they would call when they going to collect it. A month has now past with out any progress I have spoken to every call cetre agent in that department and was given empty promises that they will investigate and get back to me NOTHING till today. Today I called again spoke to Moses and Yollandi again I was promised that they will return my call- to add a cherry on to I then asked to the manager I holded on for about 30min untill phone was cut off- again noone called me back- I am so dissapointed with vodacom, I have been using them for years and to get a service like this its not on at all. The number I called was 0821958. I am demanding this phone to be picked up n wasn't deal with vodacom again
