I have been calling getit247 from the 13th June to cancel a deal. Everytime i call to them i get told a agent will return my call and until today no one called me. I once again called them and get to speak to Keagan. Not only did i receive different information from all the call centre people but also very rude once, Well finally when i decided to raise my voice the policy gets cancelled immediately. Hence he made me feel so stupid with all his sarcastic comments. Im so over this... Unhappy for days.
