Contract been terminated without my permission

My contract was terminated without my concern called the custmer line and I got a case number, promised me 72hour turn around but no one contacted me called again on the 4th day the guy advised me to log another case so I did and then I called again the following week I called again then they told I have to delete one of the case number cause there is a duplicate so I did, I called again after 3 days I called again and they told me they're waiting on the billing department and they will call me back but now its been a month now without anyone getting back at me, to top it up 8ta charged me a termination fee of R729.39. I was very happy and thrilled about the offer I got there but now I really think its gone too far, I mean no one will wait a month for their sim card to be re activated on fault error that was done by them (8ta).
